Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns: We have a No Refund/Return Policy because we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation reasons.

Exchanges ( if applicable): We will exchange products only if you have received the wrong item(s) or your item(s) is defective. But you must let us know 24-72 hours of receiving your order.

email us at : with your first/last name and order number. Once your email request is confirmed by us, send your item(s) back to our location. Item(s) must be unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.
